- Working with a multi-disciplined team of your people, leading them through six day-long workshops over a 6-8 week period.
- An intensive, four-day program is also available.
- Teams are usually between six and fifteen in number.

- Aim to train your team how to think creatively and to look for new ideas.
- Search the model for new ideas using these skills.
- Develop and assess your ideas through four assessment and development processes to find the winners.
