Workplace Peer Coaching
Coaching is a confidential development process that takes you from where you are to where you need to be. We follow our industry’s professional code of ethics when applying these programs.
- Structured group coaching sessions catered to extract the learnings obtained from either the I) Solutions Focused Facilitation or/and II) One-stop-shop learning programs and to reapplying it into a live case or a pre-prepared case-study.
- Participants will build confidence in putting through their learnt skills in the workplace and training obtained will increase by 80% effectiveness.
- This is a peer support which teaches colleagues to build out-of-the-box questions to enhance the effectiveness of the workplace by practicing precision questioning techniques.
