INSPIRIDA’s clientele serving methodology takes into account the organization’s entire health, by looking at the client’s organizational value chain and assess its situation prior to jumping into proposing any programs.  It is a process that is very dedicated to the individual organization, because we care that our clients are treated uniquely.  There is no one size fits all in our working model because we believe that there are no two challenges that are the same in two different organizations.  It is essential that we provide the matching service that answers our clients’ challenges.  Essentially, it is very important to understand the stage of the organization on its growth scale, as different growth levels require different types of leaders, sales efforts and processes.  For example, organizations at crisis stage will require leaders with capabilities that are completely different from organizations at high growth mode, simply because each stage requires expertise to deliver very different results.  Also, buying a one-size-fits-all sales program will not improve sales if the sales team’s challenges are not caused by lack of capabilities but rather due to other factors such as, low moral, lack of leadership support, lack of strategic direction, lack of innovative products to sell, and many others.
