Maria Pressentin holds the Executive Directorship at INSPIRIDA. Her successful practice as a leadership and corporate performance-change agent is the result of fifteen years experience in global management positions in multinationals such as Siemens AG, Level3, Global One (Sprint, France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom venture), as well as in the public sector at the Macau Central Bank. She has also advised Vodafone and LVMH on management and market expansion best practices. Her background covers a worldwide engagement in Banking, IT, Telecom, Manufacturing and Luxury industries ranging in both B2B to B2C on strategy, sales and marketing roles.
As a seasoned corporate professional with entrepreneurial mindset, Maria has established her consulting-training-coaching practice to cater for leaders, talents and general staff that seek personal growth and excellence, as well as those that advocate the advancement and the development of their personnel into entrepreneurial thinkers.
As a performance-coach and change strategist, her methods are purely forward-thinking, solutions based, focused on recognizing opportunities for life and business through scientific approaches and ROI focused, which reflect her self-designed coaching model - MCLP© (Motivate Change and Liberate Potential) – and her performance improvement process model for personal mindfulness and organizational resilience – Peak Performance Sustenance©.
Maria’s tertiary degrees include: MBA in Strategic Management (Distinction) by UMAC/ISCTE (Portugal), MR (Masters in Research) by Nanterre University (France), DIM by ICN (France) and BA by SIU (UK). She is ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed ACC , an ICA Certified Professional Coach (CPCP, USA), an Accredited Trainer by Achieve Global and an Adjunct at the Center of Creative Leadership; Trained in NLP, Solutions Focus and EQ; Certified by NGH, IMDHA, ACHE (USA) in clinical hypnotherapy. In addition she is currently also undertaking her doctoral degree (PhD by ISM, France) majoring in leadership development.
Passionate about continuous research on Asian leadership trends and new leadership styles in support of corporate excellence, Maria has also advised the PRC Chinese Officials on Formal and Informal Contractual Institutions in support of regulation for the benefit of the development of international business development.
Maria is fluent in five languages: English, Cantonese-Chinese, French, German and Portuguese. She has lived and worked in various countries and cultures around the globe. Maria advises, coaches and trains clients internationally with exceptional frequency in ASEAN, EU and NAFTA.
Maria serves as the Vice President II to the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Singapore and Chairs its Peer Coaching Circle for the local Chapter.
